Description
MYgen™ Genomic DNA Prep Kit (Column based) is designed to isolate genomic DNA using patented glass microfiber membranes in column based type. The kit provides pure and high quality genomic DNA by removing PCR inhibition substances such as divalent cations and proteins. MYgen™ Genomic DNA Prep Kit (Column based) provides a convenient method for isolations of pure genomic DNA directly from various samples including blood, bacteria, plants and various cells and tissue types. The kit avoids the use of toxic and hazardous reagents such as phenol and chloroform.
