Description
MYgen™ Gel & PCR Purification System is a spin column based kit which has dual functions for DNA gel extraction or PCR purification. This product provides purification (over 80%) of high yield DNA from 100 bp to 14 kb, and the user has an advantage of selecting either high yield purification or primerdimer removal according to their application needs. MYgen™ Gel & PCR Purification System obtains high quality DNA fragment by removing PCR enzyme, dNTP, salt and other contaminants in PCR product sample using high salt bufier and our patented glass microfiber membranes.

Description
MYgen™ DNA / RNA Purification Mini Column is manufactured by polypropylene and automatic robot system included molding in clean room. All our columns undergo electron beam treatment sterilization and this process destroys the reproductive cells of microorganisms which could proliferate inside the column fiber. Due to this process, preventing any degradation of yield is made possible even for long-term storage of our columns. Thus enabling our customers to obtain high quality & high yield DNA / RNA every single time. MYgen™ DNA / RNA Purification Mini Column is manufactured by ISO 9001 : 2008 certified quality management system.
